      Job Description

      The role of a Business Development Executive would be to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. The individual will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. He/she will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her experience.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
      • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
      • Maintain prospective client database updated and update changes to existing accounts
      • Support in writing new business proposals while following company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
      • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
      • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

      Eligibility

      • Must be a Graduate having an experience of more than 3 years in Online Marketing or Sales.

The experience will be challenging yet rewarding as you shape the future of design and construction.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Produce design and construction documents in AutoCAD Fabrication
      • Produce shop drawings for fabrication and construction
      • Produce plans, sections, elevations, and details to convey architectural design and construction information
      • Gain an understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods
      • Promote a collaborative team atmosphere
      • Work under the direction of the internal architects and engineers
      • Convert CAD drawings/equipment layouts into Revit
      • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
